<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent popping out of a card in card ejection in a card connector with a push/push type ejecting mechanism. <P>SOLUTION: The card connector provided with the push/push type ejecting mechanism 7 is provided with an elastic piece 13 provided on a slider 8 of the ejecting mechanism 7 and with a restraining part 13a restraining a fitting part 17 fitted into a slot 18 provided in the housing 1 and moved in the direction of the card insertion/ejection integrally with the slider 8 in the slot 18 to a notch 102 provided on one side surface of a card 100. In addition, saw teeth 19 which are mildly sloped in the direction of the card insertion but which are steeply sloped in the direction of the card ejection are carved on one side edge of the slot 18 to which the fitting part 17 is brought into a sliding contact by being pushed by the elastic piece 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
