<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily set an individual card reader and to eliminate the necessity of complicated operation and correspondence between the card reader and a master apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: In order to set a non-contact card reader/writer 2, setting sort data expressing a sort for changing the setting of a card reader, which is different from authentication data, are previously stored in a non-contact IC card 1 as ID, and then the non-contact IC card 1 is read out by the non-contact card reader/writer 2. When data read out from the non-contact IC card 1 are the setting sort data, the non-contact card reader/writer 2 transfers a mode to a setting changing mode different from a mode for performing prescribed authentication processing and changes the setting of the setting sort expressed by the setting sort data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
