<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for assisting efficiency improvement in a manufacturing process for improving the efficiency of manufacturing process including manual work by considering basic standard work time for workers, workers' fatigue, and workers' skill to make an optimum manufacturing plan of the manufacturing process with less temporal error factor against the actual manufacturing process for improving the efficiency of the manufacturing process consisting of the manufacturing process including manual work. <P>SOLUTION: The method downloads operation condition data of the manufacturing process including manual work into a manufacturing process simulator, which carries out simulation of manufacturing process, and based on the result improves the efficiency of the manufacturing process by considering the basic standard work time of workers, workers' fatigue, and workers' skill to make the manufacturing plan. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
