PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To identify a cause of occurrence of dormancy of an application program. SOLUTION: A cause function list update section 31a stores a function having the possibility of causing a process dormant state as a cause function list 41, and an operation abnormality determination section 32 determines the operation abnormality of a process. Furthermore, if the process is in a dormant state, application stack information 42 in which the function execution history of the process is recorded, and the cause function list 41 are compared so as to identify which function has caused the process dormancy.
