PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain observation blur when an observer views an observation object in environment where vibration is strong. SOLUTION: Shake amounts around an X-axis (up and down) and around a Y-axis (right and left) of the observation objectαand the observerβare detected by shake amount detection devices 5 and 15. Deviation of the relative position between the observation objectαand the observerβis detected based on the shake amounts. By adjusting the angles of a variable angle prism 13 in X-axis and Y-axis directions in a direction where the deviation is restrained, an optical path between the observation objectαand the observerβis adjusted. Since the video of the observation objectαis sent to the observerβin such a state that it is deviated by an amount equivalent to the deviation of the relative position between the observation objectαand the observerβ, the observation blur is restrained.
