PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform drying processing of a belt-like member with small air volume and wind pressure. SOLUTION: A transport guide case 23 is composed of guide members 23a, 23b. The guide member 23a is provided with a supply opening 30 and a first guide portion 31. The guide member 23b is provided with second, third and forth guide portions 32, 33, 34. The second guide portion 32 is composed of a guide piece 36 and a plurality of straightening plates 37. The straightening plates 37 are formed in a staircase pattern approximately in parallel with each other with difference in level. The third and forth guide portions 33, 34 are respectively composed of guide pieces 38, 39 positioned near both edges of a film 5, and a plurality of straightening plates 41, 42. The straightening plates 41, 42 are respectively formed in a staircase pattern approximately in parallel with each other with difference in level.
