PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake device of an engine in which a plurality of resonator chambers with different resonance frequencies are disposed in an intake passage, the intake noise of the engine emitted from an air cleaner case to the side of a vehicle is reduced, and the length of the intake passage disposed in the air cleaner case is increased to increase the output performance of the engine in a commercial rotating range. SOLUTION: An air cleaner chamber, an intake passage, and the resonator chamber are so disposed in the air cleaner case at minimum intervals that a dead space is not produced therein and spaces for disposing the resonator chamber with a large volume can be produced at the portions thereof adjacent to the air cleaner chamber and the intake passage.
