PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine island capable of constantly attaining the enlargement of a foot space of a player in a height direction without changing height in arranging a game machine and a game machine arrangement board. SOLUTION: The game machines 100 are installed in the game island 10 having elbow boards 30 to be projected toward the players. The game machine island 10 includes the plurality of elbow boards 30 which are arranged at prescribed interval in the width direction; and metallic plates having depth direction erected surfaces 341 to be extended in the depth direction of the elbow boards and width direction erected surfaces 38 to be extended in the width direction of a front edge.
