PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker provided with a cooking face having superior abrasion resistance and heat resistance and preventing the sticking of cooking objects such as fish and meat. SOLUTION: This heating cooker is provided with the cooking face consisting of a first coating layer containing fluororesin and mainly composed of PEEK (polyethyl ether ketone).
