The nameplate has a front part (1), and a rear part connected with the front part by using a brace (3). A retaining bar is provided for a card insert and is projected into an intermediate space formed between the front and rear parts, where the bar is connected with the front part and/or rear part by using another brace (4). The rear part is provided with a groove at its outer side, where the nameplate is made from plastic and designed as an injection molded part. The retaining bar has a clamping tappet on its side that faces the front part.
