PURPOSE:To dispense with a stay for a lock member by bending upward the central portion of a radiator shroud lower member and coupling the lock member for engaging radiator upper and lower members and a bonnet with the central portion. CONSTITUTION:A radiator shroud upper member 4 extending widthwise of an automobile is provided in front of a radiator 2 and a cooler condenser 3 in a front body structure of the automobile to be connected to the front upper side ends of left and right wheel aprons 5. Also, beneath said members 4 is provided a radiator shroud lower member 6 extending similarly widthwise of car body to be connected to the front ends of left and right front frames 7. The respective members 4, 6 are bent and connected with each other in the central portions between the left and right front frames 7 and a lock member 9 is fixedly bolted to the connection in both front sides of vehicle to maintain the closed condition of a bonnet.
