<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively notify a user of the advent of a date/time designated by a schedule registered in advance. <P>SOLUTION: A portable terminal device having at least a schedule management function and a communication function is provided with a contact point registration memory 10 for associating and storing communication means such as electronic mail and telephone and contact points such as email addresses and telephone numbers, and a schedule management means for monitoring for the advent of a scheduled date/time, and emailing and calling one or more contact points stored in the contact point registration memory 10 unless an alarm ring is stopped within a predetermined time from the advent of the date/time and also sequentially emailing and calling other contact points stored in the contact point registration memory 10 unless the email and call are answered within a predetermined time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
