A billet body 31 is formed of synthetic resin in a long plate shape, the reflective film 50 to reflect the light from the outside and transmit the light from the inside is formed on all surfaces 41 to 46, 48 except for an input surface 47 of the billet body 31, a light source 51 to supply the light to the inside of the billet body 31 is provided on the end part side of a bent part 33 of the billet body 31, and light L from a light emitting diode 52 of the light source 51 is guided to an overall region of the billet body 31.
