<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage container for whole blood and blood components which can be used for a variety of stored contents, storage method, and temperature condition, as well as a blood component storage device which connects the storage containers and does not require a storage to be changed or selected in accordance with a variety of contents stored, storage method, or temperature conditions. <P>SOLUTION: Storage containers for whole blood and blood components comprising a storage portion formed of a vinyl chloride resin sheet containing 70 to 120 pts.wt. of diundecyl phthalate (DUP) against 100 pts.wt. vinyl chloride resin of 10 to 50 cc/100 g of porosity, wherein the sheet exhibits an oxygen permeability of about 9.0×10<SP>-10</SP>to 22.0×10<SP>-10</SP>cc cm/cm<SP>2</SP>sec cm Hg/22°C and a carbon dioxide permeability of about 6.0×10<SP>-9</SP>to 19.0×10<SP>-9</SP>cc cm/cm<SP>2</SP>sec cm Hg/22°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
