<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that a conventional supporter for preventing lumbago gives a tight feeling to a user and is hard to be attached and detached, it is difficult to change a posture by the user himself/herself since an abdominal part and a back part are fixed, there is not the one provided with the function of lumbago prevention by keeping an appropriate posture, and also the function is single and can not be changed by the user, or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A loin guard supporter has such a structure that the shape of the supporter is turned to a simple shape such as a prolate ellipsoidal shape, and a method of inserting it to the inner side of a belt at the back part is adopted for use, and further, the parts of different functions can be exchanged or rotated while a main body is divided. Thus, the user can correct the posture by himself/herself from the feeling of the contact of the supporter and the back bone without feeling tightness even by use in a standing position or a sitting position, and it is easily attached and detached.
