<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently and inexpensively producing a compound expressed by formula (IV) (preferably an optically-active body) on an industrial scale, without ozone oxidation and use of a reagent having strong toxicity, and also without requirement of optical resolution. <P>SOLUTION: The compound (IV) is obtained by reacting compounds (I) and (II) in the presence of a cyclic secondary amine which may have a substituent, yielding a compound (III), followed by sequentially or simultaneously removing protective groups (R<SP>1</SP>and R<SP>2</SP>) of hydroxy groups of the compound (III), and then cyclizing thereof (in the formulae R<SP>1</SP>and R<SP>2</SP>are each independently a protective group of a hydroxy group). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
