PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding machine having a cross folding module, which has a cross folding knife 18, a paper sheet supporting device 38 arranged below the cross folding knife to load an entering paper sheet, and a roller frame 27 arranged below the the paper sheet supporting device and provided with a three-time folding module 22 arranged behind the roller frame and provided with a three-time folding knife 24 arranged in the vertical direction for the cross folding knife to adjust quickly and simply so as to match with various and different folding types. SOLUTION: The three-time folding module 22 and the roller frame 27 are arranged on a turning pedestal 20, which can turn by at least only 180°centered on an axial line 28 in the vertical direction.
