PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof structure of a sensor capable of improving waterproof characteristics with a simple structure. SOLUTION: In this waterproof structure of the sensor 10 equipped with a sensor body 11; a sensor case 12 storing the sensor body 11; sensor terminals 14, 15 whose one end is connected to the sensor body 11 and whose other end is connected to the outside respectively; and a housing 13 storing the sensor terminals 14, 15, bonded to the sensor case 12, and arranged in the state where each other end of the sensor terminals 14, 15 is projected into the sensor case 12, a covering part 40 for covering at least a part of each other end of the sensor terminals 14, 15 projecting from the housing 13 is provided.
