PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a hinge hardly seen from an upper part to prevent the disfigurement of a compact refrigerator of a low height. SOLUTION: This refrigerating compartment door 4 comprises a hinge 5 composed of a hinge body 6 and a hinge pin 7 independent from each other, a frame body 8 made of resin and formed at the upper portion of the refrigerating compartment door 4 has a receiving portion 10 having an opening 9 only at its rear part to receive the hinge 5, and the hinge pin 7 comprises a spring 20 energized from a lower portion toward the upper portion, thus the height of the hinge can be lowered by a compact structure, and the appearance design of the hinge 5 of the refrigerating compartment door 4 can be improved.
