PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulating vulcanized rubber constituting a vibration-proof rubber having high insulating property and high load resistance. SOLUTION: This insulating vulcanized rubber is characterized by containing a solution-polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber (s-SBR) and natural rubber (NR) in an s-SBR/NR weight ratio of 70/30 to 30/70 as a rubber raw material, containing carbon black having an iodine adsorption of 20 to 60 g/kg in an amount of 20 to 60 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of the rubber material, and having surface resistivity of≥10<SP>14</SP>Ω.
