PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer composition having excellent durability to heat and light, discoloration resistance caused by the contact with NOx gas and excellent mechanical properties. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic elastomer composition contains (A) 100 pts.wt. of a thermoplastic elastomer composed of (a1) 10-80 pts.wt. of a propylene resin and (a2) 90-20 pts.wt. of an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer rubber (the sum of a1 and a2 is 100 pts.wt.), (B) 0.05-3 pts.wt. of a hindered phenol compound expressed by formula (I), (C) 0.05-3 pts.wt. of a hindered amine having two piperidine rings and (D) 0.05-3 pts.wt. of a hindered amine consisting of a piperidine ring compound and a dicarboxylic acid and having a molecular weight of 2,000-5,000.
