PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition of active energy curing type, giving a cured resin having excellent abrasion resistance and flexibility balanced with soft feeling and useful for, especially, hard coat application and the like and a hard coat film useful for applications for touch panels and the like using the resin composition. SOLUTION: The active energy ray-curing composition for topcoat comprises an active energy ray curable urethane acrylate (c) and a photopolymerization initiator (d). The urethane acrylate (c) is prepared by reacting an isocyanate compound (a) with a (meth)acrylate (b) having a hydroxyl group. The isocyanate compound (a) is prepared by reacting a polyester polyol having≥2 hydroxyl groups in one molecule with hexamethylene diisocyanate. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
