PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a visibility of a video camera on a roof from deteriorating in the place having a lot of dust or in the season having a lot of snow and a driving snowstorm. SOLUTION: A cylindrical glass body 100 covering a transparent protector base 66 equipped with a video camera mechanism capable of arbitrarily setting the visual confirmation direction is slidably gradually inserted into a holding cylinder 96 mounting a fixed wiper 109 on the upper part. The vehicle is provided with the video camera transparent protector with a fixed type wiper device capable of easily removing dust, snow, or rainwater adhering to the cylindrical glass body 100 with a fixed wiper by vertically reciprocating the cylindrical glass body 100 covering the transparent protector base 66 through the vertical drive mechanism of the transparent protector body 24 on the roof 12 of an automobile.
