PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible floating body enhancing stability and moving work efficiency on a deck or the like of a vessel and enhancing durability. SOLUTION: When the flexible floating body 1 is placed on a flat surface in such a state that a fluid is filled inside of a hollow cylinder body 2, two support members 3 adjacent in a circumferential direction of a plurality of support members 3 linearly extending in an axial direction of the hollow cylinder body 2 and arranged on a peripheral wall surface with a gap in the circumferential direction are abutted on a placement surface 8.
