The field has an inductor coil (12) arranged under a cooking surface plate (10). An electrical isolation is arranged between the cooking surface plate and the inductor coil. An electrical isolation is superimposed directly at the bottom side of the cooking surface plate as an isolation layer (14). The inductor coil is arranged at the bottom side of the electrical isolation layer. An additional electrical isolation is superimposed at the bottom side of the inductor coil. A corrosion protection layer is arranged at the inductor coil.
