PURPOSE:To effect delicate temperature control and eliminate energy loss when the titled unit is not used by a method wherein a control circuit, provided with a function to control the opening degree of a cold and hot water valve in accordance with a difference between a measured temperature and a set temperature and to change a set value in accordance with the change of the amount of sunshine, is provided in the title control device. CONSTITUTION:A control circuit 104 is provided with a set temperature resetting means and when the amount of sunshine detected by a light sensor 103 increases, the circuit 104 recognizes a value, obtained by subtracting a given temperature from a set temperature in accordance with the increased amount of the amount of sunshine, as an objective temperature. Further, the control circuit 104 is provided with an actuator control means 104b, which determines the control amount and operating direction of the cold and hot water valve 106 in accordance with a difference between the objective value and a measured value inputted from a temperature sensor 102 as well as summer mode or winter mode inputted from a changeover switch 105, to control the amount of cool water or hot-water introduced into a cold and hot water coil 107 and regulate the temperature of the coil 107. When an operating switch 108 is put OFF, an air supplying fan 110 is stopped and a fully closing command is outputted by the actuator control means 104b into the cold and hot water valve 106, whereby this condition is maintained until subsequent operation is started.
