<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To check a clip main body from going off the main body of a writing utensil or a cap by a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: A projecting part 4 is formed en bloc on the outer surface 1a of a ball-point pen main body 1 and pivots 4a are formed on the projecting part 4. Accepting holes 5e are formed in the clip main body 5 between a spherical contact part 5a and an operating part 5b. By accepting the pivots 4a in the accepting holes 5e, the clip main body 5 and the ball-point pen main body 1 are rockably connected together. While one end of a leaf spring 6 energizing the clip main body 5 towards the ball-point pen main body 1 is fixed to the clip main body 5, its other end is fixed to the ball-point pen main body. By means of the pivots 4a, the accepting holes 5e and the leaf spring 6 connected with one another, the clip main body 5 is checked from going off the ball-point pen main body 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
