摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine restart control device of a hybrid vehicle for preventing an engine restart shock. <P>SOLUTION: An engine restart control device of a hybrid vehicle includes a first clutch CL1 between an engine E and a motor generator MG, interposes a second clutch CL2 between the motor generator MG and a drive wheel, and forms a hybrid drive system by setting any one of a plurality of clutches built in an automatic transmission AT as the second clutch CL2. When a start request for the engine E is made during travelling in the EV mode, the device drags up and starts the engine E in a stop state by the drag torque from the first clutch CL1. In this case, when the engine E is restarted with gear shift from the EV travelling, the device selects a common engaging clutch to be commonly engaged as the second clutch CL2 out of engaging clutches of the transmission AT forming each of gear shift stages passed through during restarting the engine E to make it a means for conducting transmission torque quantity control of the second clutch CL2 by slippingly engaging. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
