<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a specific and quantitative amplification method for gene, when the expression of the gene is measured. <P>SOLUTION: By using mRNA as a template cDNA is synthesized, then the cRNA is amplified, and only desired gene is reverse transcribed with a gene-specific primer.
