摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain the unevenness of amount of light caused by contact hole of an insulation layer. SOLUTION: A first electrode 61 is formed on a surface of a second insulation layer 42 covering a driving transistor Tdr. The first electrode 61 contacts a drain electrode 34 of the driving transistor Tdr through the contact hole CH of the second insulation layer 42. A light emitting layer 66 is formed between the first electrode 61 and a second electrode 62 facing the first electrode 51. The light emitting layer 66 is penetrated into a space at inside of the contact hole CH. A support wiring 70 is formed at a light emission side emitting the light from the light emitting layer 66. The support wiring 70 made of a conductive material having a resistance lower than that of the second electrode 62 is electrically connected to the second electrode 62, and includes a part superposed on the contact hole CH of the second insulation layer 42.
