PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching device adapted to a plurality of operation button variations on a common top case. SOLUTION: The switching device is provided with a top case 12 having a plurality of push switches and a plurality of openings 32 corresponding to switches, spacers 40 arranged so as to selectively block the plurality of openings 32, and a flexible wall 15 integrally formed so as to cover an area of the plurality openings 32 for a part of the top case 12 with the spacers 40 arranged.
