PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve flexibility of layout adjacent to a rear portion of a fuel tank and realize efficient layout of vehicle parts in a saddle-riding type vehicle in which a seat is disposed at the rear portion of the fuel tank. SOLUTION: The front side of the fuel tank 13 is attached to right and left main frames 16L through brackets. The brackets 34L, 34R separated to right and left are provided at seat rails 18L, 18R. Right and left ring-shaped brackets 32c attached at the brackets 34L, 34R and a recessed portion 32 positioned between the right and left ring-shaped brackets 32c and recessed upward are formed at the rear portion of the fuel tank 13. An air cleaner 41 is disposed at the lower side of the rear portion of the fuel tank 13. The fuel tank 13 and the air cleaner 41 are overlapped when viewed from the side view.
