PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve switching device which can be downsized even if applied to a structure to open a plurality of channel valves, and a liquid jet device. SOLUTION: In the valve switching device, the bidirectional rotation of a cylindrical cam 94 makes a swing lever 65 straightforwardly move a magnetic body 55 backward and forward in the movement direction (the direction vertical to a surface 78 on which a magnetic force acts) of a valve 81 of a channel valve 76 by bidirectionally rotating between an open position as shown in Fig. (a) and a close position as shown in Fig. (b). The reciprocating motion of the magnetic body 55 switches the channel valve 76. The yoke 60 of a magnet 59 has a protrusion 60a protruding to the front side of the magnet 59.
