PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contribute to international global environment conservation in relation to land facilities and ships by realizing maintenance free decomposition treatment of organic waste through final treatment by the producer with low initial costs, low running costs and no odor, in decomposition treatment of the organic waste. SOLUTION: In the organic waste treatment machine for underwater decomposition/extinguishing, any shape of the treatment tank including a vertical or lateral cylindrical shape or a vertical polygonal cylinder shape can be also adopted. Air diffusion feeding in the treatment tank, no requirement of a vent hole, a pump delivery water stream having a self-crushing ability of a substance, no requirement of a heating heater, energy-saving and space-saving in no relation to the shape of the treatment tank, complete decomposition/extinguishing of the organic waste in underwater, no odor in the airtightly closed treatment machine, establishment of maintenance free, safety by use of a decomposition agent for foodstuff fermentation bacteria and no requirement of machining by an ultra-simple structure can be accomplished. An original shape throwing treatment is possible, a manufacturing cost is extremely low, a recycle ratio is 100%, it can also become an organic liquefied fertilizer and water-release can be performed via a cleaning tank.
