PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump up device which can be easily assembled. SOLUTION: A power source mounting member 30 is provided at the upper side of a display window 26 of a lower cover 12B. The power source mounting member 30 is formed as one unit with the lower cover 12B and an opening 30A is constructed to project from the lower cover 12B to an upper cover 12A. A power switch 32 is attached on the opening 30A. In the power switch 32, a part 32A for operation from the outside is projected to the outside from the opening 30A, and a main body part 32B is stored in an inside.
