PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology for an exhaust heat recovery device having functions of separating-recovering and recycling lubricating oil contained in condensate drained from an air-conditioning gas engine. SOLUTION: The exhaust heat recovery device 12 for the gas engine 9 comprises a gutter member 34a formed on the bottom of the exhaust heat recovery device 12 ranging from the introduction side to the drain side, a drain pot 35a provided at the drain-side end of the gutter member 34a, and a change-over means (a thermostat valve 36a) provided at the lower part of the drain pot 35a for changing over the direction of drain between an external drain pipe 18 communicated with the outside and a return oil pipe 22a communicated with a valve arm chamber 58.
