PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a private part washing device easily miniaturized and low in cost. SOLUTION: A washing nozzle mechanism 1a comprises a cylindrical cam 2 provided with two spiral grooves or protrusions 8a, 8b in reverse directions on the outer peripheral surface, and first and second washing nozzles 6, 7 having followers 4a, 4b engaged with the two grooves or protrusions 8a, 8b respectively and axially fed following the rotation of the cylindrical cam 2, and jetting washing warm water from jet holes 6a, 7a. The first and second washing nozzles 6, 7 are transferred in mutually opposite directions by the rotation of the cylindrical cam 2. Two washing nozzles 6, 7 can thereby be transferred in the opposite directions by one cylindrical cam 2. Consequently, one washing nozzle 6 is transferred into an advance position 9a used for private part washing, and at the same time, the other nozzle 7 can be transferred into a retreat position 11b which is an enclosed position.
