PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate opening/closing while ensuring sufficient ventilation in a transom structure of a building. SOLUTION: An opening/closing door 2 is provided for opening/closing a transom formed in an internal wall W of the building. The opening/closing door 2 is formed in horizontally extensible bellows shape and provided with operating parts 5, 6 at the lower end of an end part in an extending/contracting direction to open/close the opening/closing door 2 by contracting/extending it. The operating parts 5, 6 are projected from the internal wall W. Since the opening/closing door 2 is formed in horizontally extensible bellows shape, an opening area can be made almost the same as the transom when opening the opening/closing door 2. Sufficient ventilation can thereby be ensured. Further, since the operating parts 5, 6 for opening/closing the opening/closing door 2 are provided at the lower end of the end part in the extending/contracting direction of the opening/closing door 2, the operating parts 5, 6 are provided in a low position and thereby easily touched by the finger, a bar, or the like and easily operated with the finger, a bar, or the like.
