PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plurality of projecting parts on a surface layer of road surface marking adjusted in paint film thickness and moreover to make the height of the projecting parts comparatively high, and to stably obtain road surface marking of uneven surface shape. SOLUTION: This road surface marking construction device comprises a tank 1 having a discharge hole 11 in the bottom part and storing paint; a truck which supports the tank 1; and a paint film thickness adjusting body 5 disposed on the lower side of the tank 1 to adjust the paint film thickness of paint discharged from the discharge hole 11. The paint film thickness adjusting body 5 comprises an adjusting part 5a for adjusting the paint film thickness, and an inclined surface 5b inclined upward to the moving direction of the truck from the adjusting part 5a and capable of sticking a surface layer part of the paint after adjusted in paint film thickness by the adjusting part 5a.
