PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary roller capable of reducing manufacturing cost and separation cost while ensuring ease of reproduction handling. SOLUTION: This rotary roller 10 is constituted by fitting a conveyance roller 30 into a rotary shaft 20 externally so as to rotate integrally. A cross sectional shape orthogonal to the axial center of the rotary shaft 20 is set to be the same right square shape over the whole length. The conveyance roller 30 has an externally fitting hole 31 whose cross sectional shape orthogonal to the axial center is set to be the right square shape by corresponding to the right square shape of the rotary shaft 20. A clearance C whose dimension is set to ensure integral rotation of the rotary shaft 20 and the conveyance roller 30 is formed between an outer peripheral face of the rotary shaft 20 and an inner peripheral face of the externally fitting hole 31.
