PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder mechanism for a fluid container which reciprocates moving a piston smoothly with small force, while obtaining sufficient liquid-tight nature. SOLUTION: The cylinder mechanism for the fluid container is equipped with: the first cylinder which fills a fluid in its inside and the first piston 16 which reciprocatingly moves in the inside of this first cylinder. A pair of liquid-tight section 102, 103 in which each abuts against the inner peripheral face of the first cylinder, are arranged in the location isolated by a fixed distance in the outer peripheral face of the first piston 16, and a section abutting against the inner peripheral face of the cylinder in a pair of the liquid-tight sections 102, 103 is formed from a pair of protruding sections 104, 105 arranged proximately.
