PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for controlling distribution of a driving power in a vehicle, which device can prevent disturbance of vehicle behavior due to tight corner brake phenomenon by avoiding the unnecessary distribution of the driving power to sub driving wheels even in a low speed cornering state. SOLUTION: The apparatus for controlling distribution of the driving power in the vehicle comprises a driving current calculating means for calculating the driving current value for driving a driving power distributing device according to the transmission torque calculated by a transmission torque calculating means, a cornering state judging means for judging whether or not the vehicle is in a cornering state from the wheel speed detected by a wheel speed detecting means, and a torque reducing means for reducing the transmission torque to be transmitted to the sub driving wheels when the cornering state judging means has judged that the vehicle is in the cornering state.
