PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an appliance using a widely used elastic tube that is equipped with a female zip fastener, which allows anybody to let air in with a high-pressure gas cylinder and swiftly protect himself/herself from a disaster. SOLUTION: An air inlet port is formed on the elastic tube with a forked instrument, one of which is used for an air inlet appliance and the other is for a zip fastener type appliance 1 with a female valve. A dodger skirt is provided on an outer side 2 and inner side 3 of the elastic tube so that an adjustable crotch belt 4 and a transversal belt 5 for a hip could prevent a body from slipping out of the elastic tube. A rope 6 is wound around the elastic tube, and fastened with light reflector belts 7 at six points. A pedestal of the high-pressure gas appliance is used for the female zip fastener A, and the high-pressure gas cylinder side is F-used for a male zip fastener B that is mounted on an end of a conduit from the pedestal. The conduit is provided with an air vent C. The steel bottle is fixed with a ring and a nipper D mounted on the pedestal, and stably supported with a spring at the bottom.
