PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information transmission medium capable of quickly processing and comprehending evacuation conditions of residents of dwellings or the like in an evacuation object region in order to improve the work efficiency of a patrol in a disaster, and to provide the information transmission medium capable of displaying the information of an evacuation cite or the like to the family who returned home or the like. SOLUTION: The evacuation display board basically composed of a planar main body and a display part displaying the evacuation conditions on its surface may have a hooking part to be hooked to the handle of a door or the like or a fixing part to be fixed to a door wall surface or the like on the back surface of the planar main body, has a luminous material capable of being visualized even at nighttime on a part of the display part, and includes an IC tag capable of making a wirelessly communicating the evacuation condition.
