The device has an anchor screw (4) which is screwed into a jaw-bone. A string is detachably fixed at a head part (6) of the screw. The head part, which is adjacent to a thread shaft (5), is formed by a flange and a shaft (8) of the screw head, which is spaced apart from the flange. An adapter (12) connected with the string is attached to the shaft in the shape of a clip. The adapter is engaged and held at the shaft in a form-fit and positive fit manner.
