Syringe (10), has a closure and a cannula (28), which projects from the syringe body (26). The syringe has sealing elements (14), which has an annular, flexible deformable area (18), which can be pressed in a sealing manner, by means of closing cap (34), on outer surface of the cannula. An independent claim is also included for the closure for a syringe.
