<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grasp a content of an error when recording information in an IC chip for reducing a card manufacturing loss, and issue an IC card efficiently. <P>SOLUTION: The present information is an ID card issuing system. A card issuing device 2 comprises: an IC reader/writer 27 for recording various kinds of information in an IC chip 10 of an ID card 1; a CPU 21 for acquiring an error code related to an error caused when information is recorded by the IC reader/writer; a storage part 23 for storing the error code to an error information table T; and a display part 25 for displaying the kind of the error based on the error code. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
