PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continue control of a room pressure even when an opening of an exhaust damper is maximized. SOLUTION: The room pressure is ordinarily controlled by adjusting an opening of the damper of an exhaust VAV3 (detected room pressure Ppv=target room pressure Psp). When the room pressure still rises though the opening of the damper of the exhaust VAV3 is adjusted, the room pressure is controlled by adjusting rotational frequency of an exhaust fan F2'. When the room pressure still rises though the rotational frequency of the exhaust fan F2' is adjusted, the room pressure is controlled by adjusting a damper opening of an outside air introduction VAV1.
