PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetron-driving power source which is low in cost and can stop an operation very much safely against external factors such as spark of a high voltage part or a lightning surge. SOLUTION: A driving circuit 3 is provided with a voltage detecting means which detects a differential value of a voltage which is commutated by a one way power source part 1. When an output of this voltage detecting means exceeds a comparative level 601 of the controlling means of an inverter circuit part 9, the inverter is to be stopped, and a pressure withstanding breakdown due to an occurrence voltage rise of a switching element 202 can be prevented and the inverter can be stopped safely.
