PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens unit having structure and constitution capable of reducing every kind of optical aberration including distortion aberration and also an incident angle on an imaging element positioned on an image side. SOLUTION: The lens unit is constituted of a first negative lens 11, a second positive lens 12 and a third positive lens 13 from an object side to the image side.
